Team & work environment

At Läckerli Huus, people from different cultures and nationalities come together. We actively embrace and promote diversity to reflect society within our company. Through initiatives such as pay and opportunity equality, flexible part-time work, and targeted education and training, we support this goal. Discrimination of any kind has no place in our organization.

We focus on internal development and prefer to fill positions from within. Career paths can progress both horizontally and vertically, and there are opportunities for employees to move into different departments.

The well-being and health of our employees are important to us. That’s why we offer ergonomic workstations, regular posture exercises, fresh fruit, water, and safety training. Return-to-work discussions after illness or accidents are a matter of course for us.

Our Employee Committee (PEKO) promotes exchange between staff and management and ensures an open culture of communication. This committee consists of five members representing sales, production, packaging, logistics, and office sectors.

In addition to supporting mental and physical health, Läckerli Huus also takes social responsibility seriously. Retired employees remain actively involved and, where possible, can continue to work in the company. Our extensive training programs prepare the younger generation for successful careers. Additionally, all employees receive a half-fare travel card for public transportation.
