Payment conditions

For customers with an invoice address in Switzerland

Delivery with invoice, payment within 30 days net. In individual cases we reserve the right to request advance payment by credit card.

In the event of late payment the following costs shall be incurred:

·       CHF 20.00 from the 3rd reminder
·       The processing fee for our debt collection partner Intrum as per www.fairpay.ch

For customers with an invoice address abroad

Payment by credit card (Visa, American Express, Eurocard, Diners). For this we require your card number, the expiry date of the card as well as your security number.
