Läckerli Huus AG runs a customer programme (hereinafter “Programme”) for its customers under the name SAVEURS.
Customers (hereinafter “Participants”) can take part in the Programme with the physical or electronic SAVEURS customer card (hereinafter “Card”). These T&Cs apply to the Programme and govern the legal relationship between Läckerli Huus AG, Flachsackerstrasse 50, 4402 Frenkendorf, Switzerland and the Participant.
All rights related to the Programme apply exclusively to Läckerli Huus AG. By registering for the Programme either electronically or in writing, the Participant accepts these T&Cs. The currently valid T&Cs can be accessed via the website at any time.
Natural persons resident in Switzerland or the Municipality of Liechtenstein who are aged 18 or older are authorised to participate. Participation in the Programme is free.
Communication with Participants is generally only in electronic form (e-mail, website etc.). An e-mail address stored in the online customer account is necessary for participating in the Programme and taking full advantage of it.
The Programme is divided into three status levels that offer different benefits: taste explorers, taste connoisseurs and taste experts. Programme participants profit from the benefits of the Programme according to their status. The current benefits can be seen on the website at all times.
Cards are issued in the name of the Card owner and have an individual Card number. Cards are personal and cannot be transferred. Participants are responsible for using their personal Card in line with the agreement and with due care. Participants are asked to report the loss of a physical Card. Lost Cards will be replaced free of charge. Läckerli Huus AG rejects any liability for compensation following loss or improper use of the Card.
When members use their Card for purchases in the stores, in the online shop and when ordering from Läckerli Huus AG, the net purchase value (excl. VAT, excl. dispatch costs) is used for their status. When buying in stores, the Card must be presented before paying; the purchase value cannot be credited retrospectively. For orders placed in the online shop or via the order service, the purchase value is automatically credited when logging into the customer account or via the customer number.
The status of a Participant is determined at the beginning of the year based on their purchases in the previous calendar year. The following requirements apply for the various levels:
Taste explorers: no minimum purchase amount
Taste connoisseurs: from CHF 50 worth of purchases per year
Taste experts: from CHF 200 worth of purchases per year
If a Participant achieves the minimum amount of purchases for the next year in the current year, they will immediately be awarded the corresponding status and automatically benefit from the benefits of the higher level. They will receive this status in the following year.
Participants can see their current status and the cumulative purchase value to be credited in the current year in their online customer account at any time.
The purchase values are calculated based on the purchases made by the Participant as per the conditions described under “Use”. The net value of the goods is credited, minus any discounts or price reductions. Dispatch costs and the purchase of gift cards are not credited.
The promotions and vouchers offered in connection with the Programme can be redeemed up until the specified expiry date. These offers cannot be exchanged for cash. There will be no replacement in the event of loss or theft of the vouchers.
Within the Programme, Läckerli Huus AG can send Participants offers from partners. Läckerli Huus AG only acts as an intermediary for these partner offers, without being a contracting party. The availability of these offers is limited and for a specific period of time. If the Participant accepts a partner offer, the relevant partner company is the sole contracting partner and contact person. Only the conditions (general terms & conditions, data protection etc.) of the company responsible for the offer shall apply. Any liability on the part of Läckerli Huus AG in relation to a partner offer is excluded. Participants are to handle any vouchers or promotional codes received in relation to an offer in the strictest confidence. It is not permitted to pass on or publish these codes and this may result in the Participant being excluded from the Programme.
Programme members agree that Läckerli Huus AG may use their data collected as part of the Programme for marketing purposes. Läckerli Huus AG will handle the data collected with the strictest confidence and not disclose it to any third parties who are not involved in the Programme. Läckerli Huus AG will also take appropriate precautionary measures and implement corresponding security measures to protect Participants‘ data.
Participation in the Programme can be terminated at any time. This can be done in writing via the contact form or by sending an e-mail to: info[at]laeckerli-huus.ch. The right to participate in the SAVEURS Programme will be forfeited in the event of misuse.
Läckerli Huus AG reserves the right to make changes to the Programme and these T&Cs at any time or end the SAVEURS programme. Only Swiss law applies to the business relationship between the Programme Participants and Läckerli Huus AG. The sole place of jurisdiction, subject to appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, is Liestal, Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland.
